To evolve the paper test, we have developed an innovative software solution which is housed on a PDA. The PDA is sent data by our autoVHC® service desk control software. Our autoVHC SMART-TECH™ software then enables the technician to carry out the VHC test entering the data into the PDA. The software allows the technician to enter comments, with no handwriting necessary.

The autoVHC® service desk software allows the garage to carry out all of the managing of the VHC data.
The software enables:

- Daily data import from your DMS*
- Complete follow up system
The autoVHC® desktop software allows the creation of your very own customised template to cater for your exact needs, through to adding parts and labour information through to the complete follow up and upsell of identified work.

All data is stored off site in a central server allowing full group and management reporting. Data is held in our secure data center and is backed up daily. This allows for full, up to the minute, live report data on a site group or national basis with no double keying of information.
